maybe though it's been agreed and we just haven't been informed. That would be in keeping with our standard disclosure levels. Hope robface is right in the abovementioned rumor of 5 Oct

Sounds like you’re not too happy about disclosure and you believe the company may have information on the tribunal hearing and not releasing it

I hope that’s not the case, the company should be communicating with all shareholders and keeping them updated on these near term events
