Drc want to make batteries whilst the people who know how to make batteries don’t want to make them in DRC . Why ? 1 reason is that they have already build their factories outside drc close to car factories 2 thr big margin cones at battery manufacture stage and so on .,, 3 maybe that DRC workforce may not have the depth of scientist and engineers and researchers that are needed in battery factory .., and so on . Who knows . Drc certainly don’t seem to be favouring old China model . But they must never forget that until / if west weigh in with money and know how , China is their only hope ?
