Wooks you really do not understand how it works do you? How do you think the maker gets a 99% purity product ? From your backyard? The source is the 30-40percent hydroxide that is transported to China. The drc doesn’t produce 99 percent cobalt. It produces a partially refined product upto 40 percent hydroxide which is the completed in China. The ignorance is apparent.
