the DRC is quite plainly not in Australia by the way. It is not even in Congo in case you wish to make further errors.
just to refresh you, this is in the DRC and Australian mining codes don't apply to other international miners, they use there own. i know it sounds obvious but it seemed we have to spell it out for you.
