As you dont know the previous companies that had leases there and did work, then by them not being Australian domiciled explorers or miners, then they will not have a Jorc 12 code. But they may well have other codes that are applicable to their country or indeed the DRC. These can be used to build a Jorc code also based on the all the inputs.
Anyway, i hope your not pretending to be slow and vacuous and I am confident that whats been stated in the announcements are true and that we will see further measurements done. I expect that would include the tailings first. An easy one.
Please do some research and set in motion your own ethical motives to profit, but not at the expense of others.
