Only time will tell.. Although I would imagine when ASX consider the minimum 2 cents, which this is quite close to, this would have a larger SOI than other backdoor listings. That just being on the basis it is pushing a $100m market cap by the time you consider the shares to be issued. Consolidation entirely possible on that basis and what @fooca says is certainly not wrong.

I do however think that a consolidation is one big non-event though.
