why would AVZ need to make mention of any Relinquishment, Transfer or Acquisition of Tenements at Manono ? They still have an economic interest in the same 3 tenements they always have...... Someone accidently left 1 of the tenements in the Dryer abit too long and it has now shrunk

Nothing in Chapter 5 would require AVZ to announce to market that 1 of their tenements has shrunk
