It's been frustrating for shareholders ; Head over to the other channel, the AVZ thread over there should now be called groundhog minute, as some holders have now entered into schizophrenia mode babbling about pineapples in every second post ; as if management sitting on their hands over the last 8 months have sent them that way.

The contents of the report and indeed the initial questions around the 60% provides good insight into what
AVZ have had to work through over the last 8 months.

One needs to read that near 9 month old (and unrevised) report along with the carrier announcement it arrived with yesterday...(1 day old) ; some people seemed to have read the report, but like you seemed to have missed / ignored the initial contents of the ann compiled by AVZ management whom have gone through the legal ringer since this report was published, as they worked through claims.

Pretty sure AVZ have seen the piece you highlighted in the IGF report back when it was published and have provided their response and worked through with legal backing over the course of the last 8 months ; which I assume is the two points you seem to have missed below -
