If the article is legit and true about the 60% transaction to AVZ, whether it was not done thru proper process or they haven't got the mandate to sell in the first place, it is a big mess and will take a long time to sort out.
Why on earth AVZ is still spending millions on drilling to prove up the resources in the new tenements.
All activities should stop to preserve cash, the BOD should be on half pay and all impending bonus / free shares granted for high performance or achievements should be suspended.
