On 12/9/2005 QTK announced the signing of a major contract:
"TO PROVIDE SECURITY MONITORING NETWORK FOR 3,5000,000 ASSETS LEADING UP TO THE BEIJING OLYMPICS"
Over one year has passed with less than 2 years to go and how much progress has QTK made?

The writing is there for ALL to see and why some HC members fail to see what has been unfolding for the past 14 months is beyond belief.
