It Seems Shen is in a bit of debt. $45,333,180 to be exact. Gosh!!! That's a lot of money.
Who could they owe that too. Mr Zou!!!
There is another loan. This is for XAF 23,291,009,210 (central african franc)
The loan is at 7%pa. Up to 10% needs to be paid out of consolidated profits.

A company called Jiuiang International seemed to have carried out exploration on behalf of Lulu. (Now Shen) They then sold the incidental exploration ore tailings of Lulu's own project to Lulu. For $595,488.
Another company called Dalian Jiuiang International sold incidental exploration ore tailings of Lulu's own project to Lulu for $149,149.00
Does anyone what to have a guess at who owns Jiuiang International and Dalian Jiuiang International???
