Whether the project is good or not and to be honest i havent really looked at it my point is that OKAP seem to get projects of questionable value talk them up without having an expert in the said resources field on the board while making no progress on the production front while slowly capital raising and diluting share holders investment. Hope i am wrong although going on their past endevours i probably wont be. Written off my CTR investment and it wasnt a small one believe me, should hve taken the money and run rather that waiting around thinking this lot cant be doing this again. WRONG
