One thing we both agree on is we are at the wrong end of the cycle and Finance for these projects are extremley difficult I know this for fact, which is why AIW is so interesting to be able to Structure the current finance deal, If we were at the other end of the cycle i would say we would not be talking about AIW and Shenglong if you get my drift, it can also be said that right place right time and right enviroment if they can pull this off.
