re: Ann: Drill hits up to 906 g/t at Henty Re... Unity Mining (ASX:UML) has returned some spectacular grades of gold up to 906 grams per tonne from infill drilling from a zone at its Henty gold mine in Tasmania.

Infill drilling at Read returned bonanza results of 3.15 metres at 268.7 g/t gold, including 0.65 metres at 906 g/t and 0.3 metres at 816 g/t gold.

The results confirm the high grade tenor of Read Zone and have extended the known mineralisation at depth and for Read Zone to be a source of high grade production at Henty.

Mining is now underway at Read, with the access completed and development continuing north and south within the deposit.

Impressively, the initial 677 tonne parcel of ore from Read yielded 567 ounces at a head grade of 26.6 g/t gold.

The first access to Read has been completed and mining is underway. The processing of the 677 tonne parcel of ore has a better than mine average recovery of 97.8%.
