Sorry for this but I must be getting old, another saying is "the grass is always green on the other side". So be careful not to burn more money on the other investment option. Makes a 20% rally on FNT even more costly, but you probably don't want advise, so please note no advice given. Just airing a view
IMO JV with Ok Tedi includes more than one area so I count it as 6 additional options, plus Tassie and Andewa. I am sure this could be explanded by others but this is my view.
