well I hope it is now because it is quite obvious that they are still doing surface exploration which should have been completed prior to any significant drilling and the up and coming 22000m program might at least be directed more effectively - what if they already had the permit they would be drilling and not know these results??? - still sounds like they are putting cart in front of horse - but anyway permit might save the shareholder here in that they will know more by the time the begin to drill!!!
