I'm sorry but this announcement is nothing but a diversionary tactic to take the focus on their failures with Sconi. The BoD needs to focus on the main game which is an Offtake Agreement and nothing else. Surely the BoD realizes that they cannot at this juncture at least, spread their resources too thinly.
