Only bags that would have been made would be those retail schmucksters that sold up at those prices. Most forum voices sounded like they were 'backing up the truck' the whole way up. Back then there was a belief that supply was very tight. I guess it always pays to do plenty of research....like finding out out if tens of millions of cheapies have been dished out prior to a big run.
