Gladiator Resources Ltd (ASX:GLA) (Gladiator or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has completed the
drill program previously announced at its Victoria Star prospect within the Company’s 100% owned Bendoc gold
project.
Gladiator Resources Chairman, Ian Hastings commented:

interruptions due to COVID and poor weather. Gladiator is pleased to have completed the program

Bendoc Gold Project.
As previously announced the Company commenced its resource drilling program at the Victoria Star prospect
on 6 August 2021. The program was planned to complete 13 holes totalling 1270m of RC drilling with results
used to inform an inferred mineral resource estimate for the Victoria Star mineralisation. The drill program
overcame adverse weather and was suspended several times but has now been completed. The last drill hole
intersected a stope at 44m and as it was a low priority hole (not being a resource validation hole) was abandoned
with all other holes completed. Final surveys have now also been completed and samples delivered to the
laboratory for testing with results expected in the coming weeks.
Exploration License (EL006187) is in the north Gippsland region of Victoria with the Victoria Star Prospect located
some 4.5km south of the township of Bendoc. EL006187 covers an area of 220km 2 over the historic Bendoc,
Bonang and Clarkeville goldfields (Figure 1). Several companies have explored the region conducting
geochemical surveys and mapping, with the only systematic drilling carried by Zephyr Minerals NL between 1993
and 1996. Zephyr Minerals NL drilled 93 percussion drill holes for a total of 6,662 metres along mineralisation
over a strike length of 600 metres. A later drill program by Dynasty Metals Australia Ltd also completed 4
diamond drill holes at the Victoria Star prospect area.
Tanzanian Gold and Uranium projects.
The Company has continued to progress its acquisition of Tanzanian Company Zeus Resources (T) Ltd.
announced on 13 September 2021 and has now appointed three Directors to the Board of Zeus to give it Board
control. The Company has advanced funds to Zeus by way of secured loan to facilitate the payment of the seven
exploration applications which was a condition of granting and has now been completed. The Company is now
awaiting formal confirmation from the Tanzanian Mining Commission that all conditions of grant have been met
and the Company will make further announcements in due course.
