That take's outdated. This isn’t bulk mining for gallium—it’s targeted extraction from high-grade mineralisation (400–800 g/t in chlorite), not ppm traces in bauxite or zinc ores like elsewhere. CSIRO already confirmed favourable mineralogy, and Curtin Uni’s doing the metallurgy. If it was “too hard,” they wouldn’t be moving toward a JORC resource with buyer interest already circling. Saying it can't be done is ignoring how much tech—and demand—has moved on.
