MTM’s e-waste model is great—for grams, not tonnes. But it’s limited by feedstock volume, not scalable to meet surging Ga demand from semiconductors, solar, and defence. Nimy’s play is high-grade, scalable, and in Tier 1 WA. It’s not either-or—it’s both. Supply will need mining too, like it or not.
