    I know there have been wealthy investors/institutions on the sidelines for a long time waiting for an opportunity but John was never going to give anything away for less than very good value to existing SGQ shareholders.
    It would be good risk management to secure additional funds at a good price if a placement is made - allows serious upgrade of drilling
