Unfortunately rock chip samples aren't really comparable with drill results, hence why the share price isn't much higher. However they are an indicator of a place worth drilling. This is prospect is super early days in comparison to some of GRL's other tenements, with minimal historical work done on the land.
In any case company management are doing what they are paid to do and exploring. It is why we are all here, so exciting times.
