If you go google news search for the terms "iron ore china stockpile", you should be able to find the 98mt figure quoted for the port stockpile.
This figure is almost 2x FMG current annual production is it not? The increase in stockpile has been happening for the last year, it is not due solely to the chinese new year stockpiling.
The stockpile in terms of china iron ore consumption is about 1.5 months. I didn't say anything about Chinese demand for steel dropped 100m tonnes, maybe you should read what I wrote again, I am simply saying the steel demand outlook is subdued at best.
I don't care if you hold/buy/sell, if you going to invest in FMG learn the downside risk as well the upside potential.
