The market on the whole feels more buoyant than it was when we had the large drop to low 2's.
I think it would take more to get us down there again than last time given positive sentiment has returned to this end of the market.
You never know though, so lets see if we can hold this level for a while but I feel like the runup has to start soon given that we are now moving steadily towards our goal in 2022. I salute Tim and the team for their excellent work.
