Hello. I don't understand how this works. China and Russia, per the video, produce most titanium metal from titanium ore. If these countries ban titanium exports, who will buy the titanium ores, such as from PTR? Must the West build its own refineries to process the ore into metal? This whole emphasis upon military industries annoys me because: (i) i personally don't invest in military industries: and (ii) it gives the impression of a bi-polar world heading to WW3. During wars, there is generally poverty.
