Hello. Not Iluka. Iluka are selling zircon (US$1,900/t), rutile (US$2,000/t) and synthetic rutile (US$1,178/t). Iluka dig up their zircon & rutile just down the road from PTR but then ship it to their processing plant in WA. As we can read below, average cash cost of A$1,302/t or US$860/t.
If you want to read a feasibility study (24/3/22) & current production results, I recommend SFX (Sheffield). I guess the PTR opex and capex would be at most similar to than in SFXs DFS ($US$135/t opex) but probably lower due to less complex processing. The SFX mineral ore looks pretty messy but i guess PTR would follow similar mining & production processes.
At this stage, PTR look like they would produce a simple product similar to SFX (but far superior due to PTR's extremely high 65% titanium content).
SFX is separating & processing a mass of different minerals, below. PTR looks like a far simple beast.
