    FACT check
That’s a nice theory gk, but seems completely devoid of fact. The first thing that made me think this comment is just completely wrong is I’ve seen the MEU video of the titanium discovery holes, and it looks like a basin … no hills in sight at all. Here is the video of the MEU discovery holes:

Next, you can check the RL levels of the collars of each discovery hole, on the PTR side, and on the MEU side … and they are almost IDENTICAL!

For the MEU discovery holes Wi79 to 81, the RL is RL185 to RL188.
For the PTR best CAR holes CAR38 and 39, the RL is RL186 to RL187.

For the new PTR traverse, Hole 20 (the best result) is actually higher up at RL192.
Then the PTR ground has all these rock samples collected at surface which suggests the PTR ground is near a rock source, whereas the MEU ground in the video looks sunken without a rock outcrop to be seen anywhere, which is the opposite of what you are saying.

Even worse for your theory, the CAR holes with the lowest RL have the worst grades ( to the north) at RL 172. Maybe the best results for both companies are in basins, at identical RLs.
