Hi Leverage,

I find the perception of individual directors voiced on HC are so far removed from reality its ridiculous.

I see decent guys have a read hot crack being torched, and total scumbags being praised like Jesus. HC posters seem to define a Directors performance on what a drill string hits only(of course). Directors can totally rip of shareholders (legally) and if they hit a resource and have a decent share price run up they are the greatest directors in the world on HC.

I have seen total morons that have destroyed share holder wealth time and time again (while killing it with bonus's) get a stellar exploration result (nothing to do with them) then go onto win explorer of the year.

Exploration is a game is based on 3 things, luck, luck and luck.

If you know a little about the biggest exploration wins you will find they a pure luck, ie last drill hole and out of money, directors say no to any further drilling a cheaky geo drills one more hole where the directors don't want one, company discards a lease after drilling to 50m then next company finds massive deposit directly under it, these true example just go on and on.

The only way I find out if directors are decent for sure is if I am dealing with them directly, most are just fleecing the share registry for personal profit, because most have realised the actual money in spec stocks is being a director rather than investing in them.

Just an opinion, which is subject to many flaws.
