Would be reasonably easy to reclaim the waste dumps with mobile crushing and screening gear.
40t excavator sorting and feeding a reclaimer with big magnet, into a jaw, two cones then a couple of large horizontal double deck screens. Then truck to the process facility.
best option would likely get a contractor and campaign crush, stockpile 50,000 tonne then truck until feed is complete, then repeat.
you could get 200t to 300t per hour with decent gear and operator. Wonder if the grade is high enough to support this?
