You could also high grade the ore by using an ore sorter. These discard low grade material so you just get the payable material in your stockpiles.
A sensor scans the ore going over a belt then shoots the waste off with a burst of compressed air. This could save you save serious dollars if incorporated into the crushing circuit, and quality control and high grade the ore stockpile.
Using a contractor with a fix tonnage rate would de-risk the project.
