FCC has muckpiles across it's properties which hold over 50 past producing mines in Cobalt, they might be able to organise a contractor to process the lot across the district.

It is possible that they choose this option, but also eCobalt's mine under construction in the US should be operational in 2020, which will marry up perfectly with FCC needing 18 months to restart the refinery.

As they want to be a vertically integrated company providing cobalt to the North American EV market, Apple and Samsung etc, and aim to be the biggest cobalt company in the world, it wouldn't surprise if they merge with eCobalt, as they have merged with many other cobalt focused companies in North America.

They have mentioned that the refinery will be tweaked toward processing a particular feedstock once one is selected.

Does this mean if eCobalt is chosen that it won't process muckpiles? I have no idea personally.
