I wonder what it will take to push this stock higher.Seems like the company wants the SP to come down.The buy back is not happening like they had us believe i wonder what price they think they will purchase the shares for 10c i suppose one bright side the cash in bank went up.
    I really though it would be an aggressive buy back not sure if i should hold anymore.
