agree 100% ninja, how has that director survived. its a joke. with all the new instos on the register makes me wonder how involved the actually are in the companies they have significant stakes in. remember the no vote at the 2023 agm, something like 20% on the director (ex the md) options with the resolution withdrawan before the meeting. its time for some board renewal that is for sure.
