ARD have plenty of water, well over 1 million spent on bores etc
SVL has to bring in water from almost 60km away
ARD also have Excellent roads in and out of Kempfield.
I used to be 3rd highest shareholder on SVL (2016), sold out and put it all on ARD, after much DD.
