Why wont Silver make it past $18.50? I agree that ARD has been in a comma for the last few years, but then so have all Silver stocks. In that time the whole Silver sector has really struggled to survive let alone thrive.
It just may be that sentiment in Silver is about to change people's perception that Silver is cheap (which it is) and silver stocks are more so.
