Perhaps NOVA needs to scale up their professional staff.

They have scaled up all areas of exploratory business. Now with 365 day a year base camp at whiskey bravo; 4 (maybe soon 5) drill rigs running 24/7? / 12 hours per day?, Incoming Geos who will be doing field work, collecting rock samples etc.,.

And the post drilling the crew is busy at the on-site prep lab etc...

It appears that the professional side of the business may be now understaffed.

Would we then be happy to pay for an additional 1-2 professional staff in the Melbourne office at a cost of 100-200k per annum etc.,.

Perhaps then they will need a bigger office at a cost too.

Or we just go with what we've got and let them work at the current pace.

I don't believe the company would be full of lazy employees. But who knows.

Sure that the Nova team is reading these boards and there will be an announcement soon that they have hired more employees.
