Okay spoke with broker , total 14 trades , and of the 13.32 million shares traded , 5 +-mill shares traded at .0045 and the rest which is the majority were bought at .005,


So no dump but rather someone buying them up.

John the reason why it doesn't show on e trade is because the low was actually .0045 , which if rounded off is .005, depending on software used.
