Hey Balt, not sure if you've seen this or not? it's an interview with Alex Black from Fenix Gold and in it he outlines his approach as an Aussie & CEO living and working in Peru whilst trying to get share value up in his company, along with making the road to production as short as possible..

He did it before with Alto resources where he took them from 12m to a 1.2b sale price, so he knows his stuff and is acutely aware of the detriment of time and the potential erosion of value if the company doesn't move quickly and decisively.

Paints a pretty clear picture of what is req to succeed and that bigger isn't always better initially depending on what you plan to do.

But more importantly, how do you effectively manage the risk inherent whilst you do.. 8H
