But that is what creates the opportunity to buy in to the potential having analysed the risk yourself of the probability of success and that is a lot easier once there is a level of transparency. 8H

Tso were 8c a few weeks back, would you be thinking lcl are in the same league ??
Not sure to add more to tso as it is has shot up lately or get in here.
