There is a major problem that needs to be explored our 2.5 cents represents a market Cap of about 50 Million, the 3 cents for Royal helium that you speak about had a market Cap of ??? at the time. Just looking today their stock is 21 cents CAD which is a market Cap of 57.87 CAD.
From our current price to say 40 cents seems a bit unrealistic I think. ( Hope I am wrong )
