Come on don't talk fantasy no drilling company will agree to that.
Most likely they have gotten word that the permit is being granted in the next day or two thats the only logical conclusion, no one is going to send a rig to site to just sit there, that is madness.
I am just glad they are getting after it winter is coming, the drilling season isn't going to last 2 months from now and it will be shut down till the end of the year.
