Could be a few reasons the lines are there and not containing proposed drill holes .
Future drill lines , as shown also further to south west on AP0009 , AP0010 , AP0014 were these don't have proposed drill holes on the lines as of yet but will be infill drilled at a later date .
This area in NE without proposed holes could be due to ground access issues ATM , change of drilling location preference identified by company , future proposed area or as simple as whoever did the drawing forgot to remove / or drew them in wrong spot (least likely).

I do like a few parts of the announcement. Gives me confidence in my own research and what I should be doing in my current situation .
