mmmm- not sure about that. for every discounted share issue we tequire either bette results or a higher premium takeover. issuing shares at 2.5 cents means the results need to be twice as good as if the shares were issued at 5 cents. cant understamd how management do not appear to
understand this with the very dilutive share issues they have proposed

sad to see great assets destroyed by corporate malpractise.

oh well phoenix copper will get a better deal i guess when they finally table their 'merger' and the common french / ' euopean funds' shareholders will be in a good position to seize control from the malaysians....
