I take that point - you are certainly correct in saying not all delays were because of what the comany did - but a lot were due to what the company did not do. The permit process is certainly a case in question.
I was being kind and suggesting to myself that it was a new process and they wanted to get it right - and that is fair enough. However, the delays were too great for that to be the case totally.
Why do you believe that questing the company's actions requires people to sell their shares? Seems a very odd stance.
