personally, I never said they have done nothing - and I don't recall others saying that though I may have missed that.

I do think they have been a bit tardy with timing of the permits and and setting timelines - to be fair, a lot of companies are in the same boat - and as you said, there can be issues that come up that are unexpected that delay things.

However, HC is a share discussion forum and not a teen idol fan club face book site. We will get - and, in fact, should get a whole spectrum of views - we won't agree with all of them but they all add to the conversation.

Because posters have concerns, they should never be labelled "whingers". Not a fair comment for those who post alternate views.
