I thought their explanation was fair. With the incentives for BOD being scrapped there really isnt some alternative motive for the delay that we speculated over the last few weeks. This was a good update which highlights alot of the activity happening this year. We constantly bash BNL for sitting around doing nothing but it seems there is a fair bit happening behind the scenes.
