Without x prom. NWE was a bit of a different story to be fair. It was drilling contractor who stuffed up the cementing job on the liner and the discovery had already been confirmed.
We still don’t know what we have for sure here and although I agree it’s a contractor stuff up to not have the right kit on the rig re BOPE there should be someone from BNL checking these things as it’s our first drill since change in legislation and needed to get it right to avoid future scrutiny.
