Over the past few days almost every time the stock is ticked up, a handful (tens to a few hundred) of shares are sold at the bid price to reflect a lower price.
This occurs within seconds of the trade occuring.
For example, at 11:02:54, the last tick was 4.9; 41s later 40 shares were sold at 4.6.
Similarly, at 11:06:08, again the last tick was 4.9 & 51s later 903 shares were sold at 4.7.
This has been going on for days & I read it as manipulation by a buyer attempting to accumulate as much as possible at current levels.
However, vol seems to be drying up here.
A break of 5.2 should see a move to 6.
Just checked TL's LinkedIn & I see that M Critical Minerals posted about the site visit of Gerhard Redelinghuys.
GEAR & MCM are VERY SMART MONEY.
The placement report uses the term, "Strategic", 5 times.
I don't think this was coincidental.
IMHO, the addition of these 2 groups to the register means that TM1 is "in play".
The only 2 questions to be answered are: when & how much?
Suffice to say I'm happy that Tribeca have a blocking stake & the stock owes them many multiples of current levels.
Similarly, Glenn Whiddon has a blocking stake & I think he's not in desparate need for money & will want to optimise his gains.
