Just checked TL's LinkedIn & I see that M Critical Minerals posted about the site visit of Gerhard Redelinghuys.
GEAR & MCM are VERY SMART MONEY.
The placement report uses the term, "Strategic", 5 times.
I don't think this was coincidental.
IMHO, the addition of these 2 groups to the register means that TM1 is "in play".
The only 2 questions to be answered are: when & how much?
Suffice to say I'm happy that Tribeca have a blocking stake & the stock owes them many multiples of current levels.
Similarly, Glenn Whiddon has a blocking stake & I think he's not in desparate need for money & will want to optimise his gains.

spot on Hiro. Someone wants this at current levels and doesn’t want to pay more. However that can only be achieved while the volume is very low, wait till some solid volume kick starts- and 4c’s won’t be seen again IMO
